Denis Savage – Chef de cuisine
Graduated in 1984 with a culinary arts degree, Denis is the expert of comfort food. He makes the best steaks you will ever eat and has developped an expertise in roasting meats, like pigs on a spit, among many other talents. You want something delicious? Denis will make it happen.
Mathieu Samson-Savage – Operations Coordinator/Head Server
Mathieu has been with TBB Catering for almost 4 years. With more than 12 years experience as a server and barman in many Ottawa restaurants, he is now responsible for employee training and acts as the coordinator of the business. Responsible for the operations, he takes pride in customer service and meets any customer who wishes to be sure they have the best possible experience.
Isabelle Cayouette – Pastry Chef/Kitchen Manager
A graduate of the culinary arts program at la Cité Collégiale, Isabelle is an expert at desserts. She brings her experience from many kitchens in Canada and in France with her. Full of talent for elegant flavours and presentations, she is sure to satisfy the needs of the customer who are looking for elegant food.
Thierry Gagné – Sous-chef
A Cité Collégiale graduate in Hotel Management, Thierry is in charge of prep, cold food confection, and the cooking of hot meals. He is also responsible for the kitchen’s cleanliness, and delivers and serves meals. This “jack of all trades” is a central piece of TBB Catering.
Justine Cheff – Customer Representative
You have questions, an order, or comments for us, Justine will take care of you. Always smiling and ready to help, she nows how to get exactly what you need. When you call, you will most likely speak to Justine.
Laura Mercure – Sous-Chef Assistant
The hard worker takes care of the maintenance of the kitchen and assists in the preparation of cold meals. Her duties include taking care of “La Popotte Roulante”. Her kindness and happiness is an asset for any kitchen.
Christiane Lauzon – Service chief
For the last 3 years, Christina, a service chief, leads our service. Her will to please the customers and her customer service experience make Christiane an real asset. This former florist adds her touch of beauty and finesse to everything she touches.
Lyne Landry Dobson – Service chief
Our most veteran employee, Lyne, one of our service chiefs, is a woman that does it all. Through the years, she’s learned the catering business and has become one of the most reliable people in the business. Customers served by Lyne’s teams recognize her expertise and professionalism.
